The simple updo always looks good. Simply smooth all hair back into a ponytail and twist into a mid-height chignon, twisting into place.
Use hair pins to secure the hair.

Add a soft touch to an updo hair style by adding side swept bangs clipped at the sides. If you don't have bangs, and don't really want to cut them right now, try parting the hair deep on on side and draping the hair from one side to the other. This gives the appearance of bangs without actually cutting them.
The high updo pony tail is also a great look. If your hair is not this long, you can always add a clip in hairpiece at the top of your ponytail. It is very easy to blend in your own hair with the hairpiece.
Many different shapes and styles of hairpieces are available online as well as in department stores.
